I am a daughter, a sister, a student.

I love the mountains and Frosty’s from Wendy’s.

I fear graduating.

I feel excited about this semester!

I need a hug every now and then.

I am the daughter of two crazy people.

I am the sister of Zach and Kiki.

I am most proud of moving to a new city.

I am happiest when I get to sleep in.

I get annoyed by the constant ringing of my boyfriend’s cell phone.

I would like to see Aretha Franklin live in concert.

I admire people who are always positive.

The one thing I would change about myself is my tendency to say bad things about people.

If I could change my name, I wouldn’t, because I love my name!

My scariest moment was Superman the Ride.

My earliest memory is swinging at the playground.

My most treasured possession is my silver and gold ring.

My favorite school memory is dancing at halftime.

My best quality is my caring nature.

My advice to others is to stop trying to be someone you’re not.

My moment of awakening is yet to come.

In 5 years, I see myself as a married English teacher.

In 10 years I see myself as a mother and a lottery winner.

Hello.  My name is Miss Copple and I am student teaching here at East this semester.  I will graduate from Colorado State University in December with a degree in English Education.  I’m originally from Lincoln, Nebraska and went to Fort Collins, Colorado for school.  I moved here in May, and I’m enjoying my time in St. Louis so far.  Most of my summer was spent waiting tables at Houlihan’s, but I was able to spend a weekend visiting my little brother in Boston.  I also spent a lot of time with my boyfriend, Gabe, getting to know St. Louis.  My parents still live in Nebraska and my big sister, Keenan, lives in Colorado.  I really enjoy listening to music and going out dancing with my friends.  I mostly listen to soul music.  Some of my favorites are Mary J. Blige, Aretha Franklin, Anthony Hamilton, and Otis Redding.  I’m truly looking forward to my semester here at East and hope we all have fun!
